2. You must Use this Form immediately after you sign up for hosting with your domain name, paypal email address and the time you submitted the order.

3. We will send money via Paypal, so you need to have a paypal account. If you wish a rebate sent by cheque, please contact us and we can arrange that as well.

4. Once we have confirmed you have signed up using our link, upload at least one file and have not cancelled your account within 61-90 days of signing up (depending on your order date), we will send you a paypal payment of $50 to the paypal email address you provide to us.

6. You must be a new hostgator customer. Anyone who already has or has in the past had an account with hostgator is not eligible. Your account must also be in good standing at the time hostgator does its account review and you must renew your account on time if paying monthly. Please note that the DUE DATE is the INVOICE DATE not the due date listed in their billing system. If you pay your renewal one day late, the rebate is voided.
